Broken shades replaced by broken shades
The media could not be loaded. One of the three shades received in the original order was cracked and hence a replacement was sought. However, all the three shades in the replacement box were found to have cracks or were broken. Now I am stuck with this product.

Superb quality
Everything is fine delivery and quality of the product...liked very much.But found 2 bulbs out of 3 were found fused. Hope Amazon will arrange to send the bulbs separately.

Parts are broken
Many parts and components were broken check throughly glass lamp was cracked

The lamps are very beautiful but the stainless steel plate which is given to hang the lamp is very very light and can't carry the weight of the lamps with the result the plate is always bending.The bulbs which came along with the lamps don't work.
