The pendant looks nice and is silver, but the chain feels super flimsy, and I'm scared it will snap easily, so I might get a more substantial chain

Love this necklace for a 50th birthday present. It has a nice gift box and satin pouch. The only disappointment was the cardboard gift bag it comes with was slightly squashed.This was not the sellers fault but Amazon who had squashed several items I'd ordered into a cardboard envelope. I contacted customer services to replace the bag only but was told I'd have to send the whole thing back and reorder. Didn't have time for this so threw the bag away.

You know sometimes you just receive an item that you know is nice but don't expect well this was absolutely 100% more than I imagined the product is simply gorgeous, the packaging and sentiments are perfect.
