Read the reviews after I posted the test off and was worried we won’t hear back. See attached emails for the company showing them confirming each stage.The test results showed what we suspected. So overall happy with the test.

I done a test due to the their holiday etc they couldn’t do it so they sent another one free of charge. It’s been 6 day’s & no results yet. With the same issue they said to do another 3rd, this is poor. 15/3 nearly a month disguising.

Claims of a fast turnaround for test results are rubbish. 3 weeks on I have no idea when I will get the allergy test result and nor do Cerascreen. Customer services useless. Complete waste of time and money.
