The item does work. This is not something to use everyday. But I will use it every now and again in conjunction with other things for maintenance. I realized I needed one last night and it knocked it out. I did use Femiclear with it. First change diet no meats. Eat lots of fruit, rice, vegetables, potatoes things like this. 1. Take chlorophyll along with a women's creatine. Chlorophyll is an internal deodorizer. 2. 'Femiclear BV and yeast treatment'. I buy vaginal applicators on Amazon and use a quarter of the amount said it only comes with one applicator. This is used for freshen up before or after I timacy, your period things like that. It's just herbs so it smells like candy. This along with 'Probiotic Secret Gel' on amazon comes in a pink box. 3. Vaginal probiotics. I take brand Carlyle and 'vh essentials probiotics and probiotic with cranberry'. Good for urinary health. 4. Take ashwaghanda for hormones. 5. Vagisil products. I use the ' vagisil odor block'before after peeing and number two to wash. Then I add the green bottle 'vagisil healthy detox' everytime I leave the house. These are vaginal soaps should not be put in you. Just to clean externally. All in all I will keep a bottle of boric acid for emergencies. I like the cute pink colour they are. Do not swallow boric acid. You put these IN you. Update: September 27th, 2026. Im not sure if this product goes bad but I bought a new bottle and used one yesterday, and it seems to have done what antibiotics alone could not. Two weeks ago, a few weeks after writing this original review I got my first actual infection after over a decade that I had to get an antibiotic course for Flagyl that all that I mentioned above did not work. I couldn't get a breakthrough even with antibiotics until two days ago I had everybody and there mama, and every church I can think of pray for me. I asked God to forgive every sexual sin and anything I could think if that would bring this upon me. Finally today I woke up the smell significantly gone. So basically I tried all the products above, with antibiotics and the only thing that finally knocked it back was all above, PRAYER and a new bottle of boric acid. I was really thinking of going to the ER but after such improvement today I have hope it will be gone. This is definitely a must for emergencies. UPDATE: October 4rth, 2026 The flagyl knocked it back but i ended up calling the doctor again and got tinizadole. This is a targeted antibiotic. So I can say as of today maybe two or three weeks later, its finally gone. I did use boric acid along with all the stuff mentioned above with it. The tinizadole gave me a fighting chance. So it must've been a really bad infection. Again first time in over a decade of having it. I had to google the tinizadole and ask the doctor to try it, thank God I did. So if nothing is working and it really is just bacterial vaginosis, no stds, try that.

Ive only used 2. The instructions say you can use for a week but I didnt need to. I used 1 when I felt needed. It does take several hours to dissolve so bed time is best. There is a lot of fluid once it does so ne prepared. I didnt get the sandy or gritty feel that some say they experienced. Zero odor after using.

For someone who is sensitive down there these are my go to they are very effective. I have every single female that I worked with buying them. Most importantly, there’s no nasty leakage, but make sure you just put it in at night before bed.

This worked well for me after having my menstrual cycle. It is easy to use, I did not have any side affects. My symptoms went away. I only had to use for 2 days so its worth the money.

I don't think this product worked very well.I need other stuff in it to help clear the infection .I think it's a waste of money if you ask me.
