size 5 too large

I am 5'10" and 180lbs A size 5 sleeves and pants were longer than my arms and legs. reordered a size 4 that will do if I shrink the pants. If I shrink the top it might be small... Seriously like I need a half size larger just on the top. If I don't shrink it it should work.
