The charger is not compatible to the socket. I have to order a new charger so I can charge the laptop.

The laptop charging pin got loose within a year
The laptop charging pin got loose within a year. I think some issue when buy from these vendors. I got a dell laptop from office, similar configuration but no issues.

Laptop is not operational
I am unable to use this laptop due to an serious error showing that Hard disc is not installed. This laptop having a SSD specification but failure to communicate.

Cheap SSD
They be using Cheap SSD for some reason, it stopped working in 1 month i had to replace it

In order specification it's mentioned 15.6"FHD screen with Webcam. But the screen found not FHD.

great laptop except for the part about being a DELL
Exactly what I needed, lots of storage, fast, great graphics. wish it had a USB C port but otherwise, all great. Would recommend this one to anyone, I however, had a one off problem, the headphone jack does not work, does not seat the headphone plug and therefore headphones not recognized. Also the Audio software/apps were not installed. All easily solved, except DELL Customer Care is the absolute worst, worst, worst!!!! they don't really care! had to call multiple times, they hung up at least once while putting me on hold, repeated the problem and the case number numerous times. they take no responsibility for broken part, other than wanting me to send the whole thing back! Easy fix, got a USB adaptor for headphones, there, done! Dell service sucks.
