Not sure about this.
I bought this ponzu sauce just to try it, as I was curious. I'm not so sure of it now.The Yuzu (citrus) flavour is not forward or prominent. It serves mainly, I think to round our or rein back slightly the taste of the soy. I also found this sauce very salty.I tried it on steamed broccoli.For a brief moment it made me feel slightly ill. Not to any degree, just a passing touch. However, I have been unwell recently, and even now I am still in recovery mode, so perhaps it was that.I intend to try it out on other things, before making my final verdict.So far, I'm not sure.
