BRADSHAW INTERNATIONAL 12510 Stainless Steel Bladed Corer/Peeler, Black, One SIze

I like when blade is fixed in the handler and I use only this type of swivel because find it more convenient.

We used it everyday in the kitchen and its very comfortable to use, easy to hold

I use it for potatoes and apples peelingI don’t like peelers that swivels

I have the feeling it sometimes peels a bit too much due to its larger size but it works well. I also notice that the jagged edge sometimes touches my fingers while peeling, so one has to be a tad more careful.

Was duller than my older ones (I like to have several). Hated the thick handle at first but works better with arthritic hands.

This is the kind of peeler I was looking for it doesn't swivel and I am in control. In my opinion, you are less likely to injure yourself with this peeler. These are hard to find.

If you have arthritis do NOT attempt to use this peeler. If you have diabetes and numbness in your fingers do not attempt to use this peeler. It is one of the hardest peelers I have ever attempted to use and I'm in my 70s. If you don't position the blade exactly in one position it won't cut. It slips all over the fruit or vegetable. I attempted to peel 4 apples for a recipe and not one apple was peeled with repeated motion. Absolutely useless item. I'd return it but it was purchased using rewards points on my card and it would be a hassle and since it was an extremely inexpensive item (obviously this should have flagged me) it isn't worth the return hassle. I tossed it in the garbage. Definitely not recommending this peeler.
