The product itself is fine. I gave it only one star because of the price. For $12.98, I foolishly thought I was getting more than one refill. I was stunned to open the box to find one lonely Hair Buster. Went on line and found a case of 12 for $25.50. The provider did refund my money, so I'll give them high marks for that.
