MDacne - Acne Treatment- Benzoyl Peroxide Cream 2.5% - Unclogs Pores, Reduces Blemishes & Enhanced with - Plant-Based Ingredients for Sensitive Skin

Sadly, here in not-so-sunny England, they don’t do BP at the 2.5% and so I have to get these shipped from the states. I have used lots of brands over the years and saw this new one on the market and so I thought I would give it a try. The scent is very pleasant and the texture of the product is lovely and smooth as it glides onto your skin. I am especially pleased by how the product targets not only active acne but also the dreaded PIH marks left by older spots. My only criticism would be that the tube is rather small given the shipping costs to the UK. Other than that, it’s a fabulous product and I will buy it again but use more sparingly.

This product is awesome for controlling body odor. I primarily purchased this product as an anti-bacterial control as medical treatments were not working. I came across a study where it indicated to use 2.5% Benzoyl-Peroxide to control bacteria for body odor. This product worked the 1st use. I highly recommend for this purpose. I have not used this product as it is intended - Acne Treatment.

Love, love, love this product! I've been using it for the past 2-3 months and my face has never been softer and so acne free! It has cleared every single breakout with ease and I am so happy to find a product that finally works with my skin 🙌🏼

My friend was having uncharacteristic adult acne clusters and couldn’t het into see the dr for a month. I was feeling bad for her so I gave her this product that looked like it was exactly the right thing, still- i was super surprised because she reported to me immediately even after the first use her skin was improving! She can probably cancel her dermatologist appointment now. She is so happy and I am so glad I chose such a helpful product. She also is using the skin moisturizer that goes with it.Highly recommend

While I’ve tried nearly every drugstore remedy for acne since I was a teen, this product actually delivers ! The scent is light and non-offensive, and the product is very light weight, soothing and absorbs into the skin quickly getting to the root of the problem. These results were from only using this night cream — I can’t wait to try the day cream counterpart !While this tube is small, you don’t need a lot, just a tiny bit on the actively problematic acne spots are more than sufficient, otherwise you’ll end up drying your skin out. I’m hopeful this will help me with my hormone-based breakouts and am so glad air found this product !

This is a tiny tube that does many things. I tried it on a few spots here and there, just to ensure that it wouldn't cause any type of irritation on my sensitive skin. It did not, and I was glad. So I tried it on a larger area and that test went well as well. The progress will take a little longer, but as for right now, the acne seems to be at bay and it doesn't burn my skin.

Due to the thin consistency it feels more like a face lotion than cream. That made it easy to apply and spread. A little goes a long way with this formula. It’s a milky color but it dries without any white cast or any other visible residue on the skin. It’s not oily but slightly sticky. Not a bad sticky. It’s like a moisturizing effect. It has a decent subtle lavender scent. It quickly dissipated so don’t worry if you are sensitive to scents. I did not experience any skin irritation besides sometimes there's minor tingles upon fresh application. My eyes weren’t stinging or watering from the benzoyl peroxide (BP). I oddly get that with some brands. BP can be harsh on the skin but I noticed this brand has a lot of beneficial ingredients to soothe and treat the skin. For example, licorice extract, cucumber, vitamin C, vitamin E, and green tea.The cap/lid is a twist/screw type. There was a protection seal underneath the cap, thank you! Unfortunately too much cream comes out of the tube. Due to gravity, there’s always cream leaking into the internal cap. This makes it a bit messy when I open it and causes excess. It’s not cheap so I don’t want any to go to waste! It needs a more precise or narrow applicator. Hard to control the amount especially if you are trying to use it as a spot treatment. While I do like this product, I’m unsure if I would repurchase because it’s expensive ($25) for a very small tube 0.7oz/20ml. I’ll see as time goes by if it’s worth the investment. As of now I am quite satisfied and maybe even impressed but I don’t want to speak too soon. It seems to be healing my acne. I have a lot of uneven skin tone due to past and current troubled skin.**WARNING & Tips**Benzoyl peroxide (BP) is known to bleach hair, clothes, pillow cases, towels, etc. Be careful! In the past I had a lot of items discolored by it. Here’s a tip: The first time I used BP as a teenager it caused redness and inflamed my skin. I took a couple days break and used it again. Slowly my skin built tolerance to it. Take a break and reintroduce it to your skin a little at a time. Test it on your neck if necessary. However, if it is too severe then discontinue using it. Salicylic acid might be a better option for you if BP isn’t. BP usually comes in 2.5%, 5%, and 10% strength. I used to think the higher the better but now I know less is more. I’m happy this product is only 2.5% because 10% is very drying and potentially more irritating.**A little disappointed that my expiration date is within 3 months of purchase (July 2022)! I got this through the Amazon Vine program. Hopefully they treat regular paying customers better.**
