This tap looks good and initially was very impressed but a few months in owning it the tap handle level has become loose and you cannot tighten it. Each time you try to tighten it, it just keeps spinning round. So now when I was up and push it back up to close the tap it’s so loose it flicks off entirely. I would appreciate if the seller can get in touch for a replacement

A cheap tap that looks high end. You can go out and spend a fortune on a tap most are well over £100 £200 or more for an ugly tap.I expected this one to last 2-3years max,We have a busy home in a hard water area, the tap has stood the test of time been installed for over a year with no issue at all.The only negative I could give it is the braided pipe inside the coil seems to cling to dust. Easy enough to clean with a tea towel.Fitting was straight forward, so will be easy to change out if it’s ever needed.Can’t go wrong for just under £50

This tap not only looks cosmetically lovely it’s a very sturdy tap . Has great pressure . Solid attachment. Easy to install .Easy to use Not had no issues at all . Very pleased with purchase

About a year in and still works very well

Only had this for 4 months and the switch on the nozzle has stopped working only stays on spray the company was very helpful and are sending a new nozzle to correct this
