Dr. Scholl'sPlantar Fasciitis Sized to Fit Pain Relief Insoles // Shoe Inserts with Arch Support for Men and Women, 1 Count

I bought women's size 7.5 - 8 inserts. When I received them the box showed W 7.5 - 8 and M 6.5 - 7. But the inserts were much larger than my women's size 8 shoe soles. There was no way to get them even inside my women's size 8 shoes. They were too wide and too long. I suppose I could have cut them, but would have to cut at least 1 - 1 1/2 inches off length and 1/2 - 1 inch off width. Then, since they are sized to fit, it is a good chance that cutting off that much would place the arch support would be wrong place for my foot. Had to return. Shame as I was looking forward to trying them.

This is definitely not an insert for plantar faciitis. This insert has basically no arch support compared to their original plantar faciitis insert. If you need arch support, do not buy this insert. I have various other inserts in other shoes and after having these in my shoes for one day, my feet were sore and hurting at the end of the day from having no support.

Recently began experiencing Plantar Fasciitis on my left foot, due to being on my feet all day long & constantly walking. I work campus security at a high school & coach sports after school, so I'm averaging a solid 2k steps/hour. Was skeptical about using the product without first going to my doctor, but man lemme tell you!! As soon as I slipped them into my work shoes, pain was practically non existent! I've also noticed the pain I was having in the AM when I'd wake up has been gradually decreasing to the point where it isn't really there anymore. Awesome product & highly recommend! They fit perfectly inside my size 12 shoes & I placed them in different brands (Under Armour, Nike, Jordan) to see the consistency of the fit & all were good fits!

I immediately felt relief from my Plantar Fasciitis. These orthotics are amazing. The arch support eased the pain in my heel as soon as I stood up. It reduced the pressure also. I am very pleased and will definitely order again.

Thank you to Dr. Scholl's company for providing foot products over the years. I've used several of their products in the past for heel spurs and plantar fasciitis.IMO: These Pain Relief inserts were too soft, had minimal arch support, and lacked a sturdy, cupped heel portion.
