And I’ve been on acupressure TikTok and saw this as a good way to reduce tension, premature preventable wrinkles and promote lymphatic drainage. I’m only a few days in and I feel a lot less stressed, I isn’t realise how much I was holding in my facial expressions. I have been clenching my jaw a lot less.

Oo ouch I'm so not sure about this tool. I've tried the wooden versions of these reflexology tools before which are so much kinder on the pads of the feet but this tool just seems a bit too sharp and I'm actually afraid to put too much pressure with it because of its design. This one just isn't for me unfortunately I think I'll stick to the wooden/bamboo type.
