Quality Product
The product is of very high quality compared to the others available on the market. The installation was very simple and done in one go without any leakage. Working perfectly fine since received.

Good quality
The previous showers I bought started leaking after few days from the place it joins the other part. This one has a rubber inside that finally worked for me. I installed this almost a week ago and still it works fine. Water pressure is also good.

Not good quality
The product got leak after 2 weeks of use and the warranty is only two weeks. Not of good quality. I bought it thinking that it's high quality compared to others because of the higher price. Its better to buy from ACE hardware or building material shops around Al Quoz area.

Great bidet spray
As our bidet inside the bedroom washroom got broken, which how may times I complained in the bldg maintenance but the guy who is fixing who supposed to change it but instead he will just fix but will not changed the bidet so I decided to get new one and let my husband fix, this bidet is easy to put and fix and the quality of bidet is good.

weak built quality
worked ok for 3 months, then the head could not take the water pressure and broke.Although i have the valve pressure reduced to half.Now i have to trash it and look for alternative better quality

- Using it in the bedroom bathroom.- I love the fact that it has all the parts and installation you need.- Easy to install and a good rubber seal so no leakage.- I like the design not so bulky and showy.- The spray lever in the head is easy to press.- The length of the hose is perfect. No too long not too short.- It has a good amount of water pressure even if the main water supply is less.
