not too good? The line switch is behind a large artwork ...
For IKEA...not too good? The line switch is behind a large artwork so the cord has to hang down along side of the frame. Not attractive at all. Also not dimmable.My Bad! 🤨

Bad Design
The negative reviews are correct: the base is bulky such that it must remain visible above the frame of the artwork you are hoping to illuminate; the switch is also bulky, as is the cord, and hangs about 20 inches below the base, meaning that for anything bigger than a piece of paper it will be behind the frame, inaccessible and pushing the frame out. Also, the cover snaps into place over the mounting screws, and cannot be removed! How do you take the thing off the wall without destroying it?

Impossible to use on a larger picture -- the on-off switch gets in the way.
The on-off switch hangs about 20 inches below the mounting. If your picture is more than that, top-to-bottom, the switch would be behind the picture so it's completely unusable. Even if you wanted the leave the light on permanently the switch is too thick to hang the picture over it. If your picture is less than 20 inches high, you can hang it if you don't mind seeing the switch on the wall.
