This induction pad works great. It has multiple settings that should handle most of your needs.I noticed some people were having issues with burnt or sticking food. I would have to say it all depends on your pan. For example, using a steel pan, you may fry an egg at 400 degrees, but if you use a thin nonstick ceramic or copper pan, your egg will stick and turn to powder if you go higher than 200 degrees.Use your judgement to figure out the best temperature setting for each of your pans and you'll be good to go. I have used it with cast iron, ceramic, stainless steel and have had no issues.One thing I would note is that if it is a huge pot of water or something like that, it may take a very long time to boil. If you're working entirely without a stove, pair this with an electric water kettle to jump start large amounts of water to boil.The device itself is a good weight and very sturdy, cleans easily and does not get hot to the touch. The cord is a decent length for countertop use and it stores flat or on its side.My original package was stolen from my porch but Amazon replaced it thankfully and I am very satisfied with this purchase.

For the price, this is a great value. This is my first experience using induction cooking. It heats fast. It has 8 power levels. The presets select different power levels, which you can also do by pressing the plus and minus keys. Some of the presets allow adjustment and others do not allow adjustment. It took me a few days to figure out how to get a low simmer from this cooker. For the price I paid, less than half a Ben, it's a good value; especially with the included pot and lid. The pot is very lightweight steel, but it works great and produces a lot of heat. Plus, being so thin, when you shut off the power, the heat goes away instantly. Handy for stopping a boilover. I'm very pleased with this induction cooktop for the price.

I tested same amount water on inducted/radian/water_heater, it's almost the same! I push it to 1800W all the time. It's not as fast as ads and reviews said. All other aspects are fine: easy to clean; portable;cold surface; cool down fast and can be store right away. Function fine for all modern pan/pots.

I just love these induction cook tops they are easy to use they save energy by heating up very quickly, not one problem cooks food wonderfully! I would buy them again and recommend them to anybody who knows how to cook in life! they just need lots of air flow to dispense the heat from the fans on the underside! I mounted mine flush in the counter tops recessed they are very quiet also! I cannot say enough of good things about these induction cook tops, wow wow wow I absolutely love them! look forward to many years of trouble free cooking they are that good!

This product has been a great addition to our old electric stove. We use it on the dinner table for hotpot, but also works great with the included frying and stir fry settings. It heats up way faster than our electric range. I was a little intimidated at the idea of induction, but the pre-sets make it easy, and most of the settings allow further adjustment if you need to dial it down a bit (which is useful for the hotpot or soup settings). Would definitely recommend, also it's nice not to have to use one of the portable gas hotpot stoves indoors.

Wanted to try induction cooking, and selected this unit. The cook top is easy to use and works great. The pot it comes with is a great size and cleans up great if something gets burnt on. If you are looking to try induction cooking this is a great set especially for the price. I seldom use our electric stove top any more, induction cooking is great!

I bought it for making hot pot at home and for cooking with a small frying pan when I travel. It's very light, fits perfectly in my carry-on bag. Temperature control is ok, works well for my needs. It looks very nice and would even be easy to flush-mount in a table or countertop.

The counter top works, has nicely preset options. However, when it is on, it has an annoying hissing sound that does not want to go away. It is important if you are using this for hotpot and the food is cooking in front of you. If you are using it away from people, most likely will not matter because the noise is audible within about 5-8 feet.Otherwise a pretty good buy.
