Does it fit with gen 4 glock 17 with medium backstrap ?

The holster can fit just about any gun thats not a recolver ( or maybe it can but I haven't tried) . The back strap doesn't matter. The only down fall is it takes a while to sort through all the parts because there are no instructions. I had to file down the belt clip to fit my Black Scorpion comp belt width. If you have an adaptive mind there's enough in the kit to accomodate most guns. I've configured mine to a Glock 34, Springfield XDM 5.25 and my new Smith and Wesson performance center. During the process though, I had to get creative and use my own enginuity to make it work. I can't complain though because it was a fraction of what i was looking to spend on minimal holster and it was my first and it worlks. Buy it, try it and if you have any other questions ill try to answer but I am 91% positive that you can get it to work with tinkering. ( pardon the gramatical errors for I am on my phone )
