Brooks Women's Ghost 14 Neutral Running Shoe

I cannot speak for anyone other than myself, but I walk miles, and miles every day. These are the best fitting, most comfortable, most supportive and most durable sneakers I have ever owned. Not to mention the laces are very well made and stay tied.In fact, I bought 4 other pairs just so I would be able to wear them for the next 2 years. (They come in tons of colors, so Brooks must have known they had a hit on their hands!)I try to keep my sneakers for about 6 months. "Try" is the operative word, here. That won't be a problem with these. Hats off the Brooks for making a superior product!

I had a pair of Ghost 14s that I'd worn out. This recent pair I went with a Wide and oh my goodness, it's made a huge difference. I usually wear insoles to help with flat feet and prevent plantar fasciitis - the first two weeks I barely noticed I hadn't switched my insoles over. The Wide width toebox gives my feet room without feeling like they're sliding around and by using the snuggest top hole, helps control for my narrow heels (my feet are odd - C/D width across the balls of my feet, narrow width heels).I slipped them on right out of the box and they felt amazing. I didn't feel like I had to "get used to them" or break them in. I did swap the laces for some printed flat laces and that was mostly easy - one or two eyelets needed a bit of work while threading the laces, but as I change my laces rarely, I don't see this as an issue. I wear these to the gym for strength training and occasionally out if I'm walking a lot.I'm also grateful I managed to catch these on sale - they're worth it at full price, but on sale just makes the purchase all the better!

I find that running shoes are very personal to the person, so if you find that the Brooks Ghosts work for you, they will be the only running shoe that you will ever need. I have been buying different versions of the ghost for many years now and the best thing about them is that they changed very little over time. Brooks has kept these consistent. They are a great quality and will last you and support your joints through a full year of consistent running and longer if you use them for casual purposes. I wore one of these versions for two full years over Covid, and they held up great.

I am absolutely thrilled with my experience with these running shoes. As someone with a high arch and a narrow heel, finding footwear that provides a comfortable fit without the need for additional inserts has been a real challenge. However, this running shoe has proven to be the perfect solution I've been searching for.The fit is nothing short of amazing. The high arch support is spot on, minimizing discomfort and fatigue during runs. Additionally, the design that accommodates narrow heels is a game-changer. I no longer have to worry about slippage or discomfort caused by an ill-fitting shoe.If you're someone with high arches and a narrow heel, I recommend giving these shoes a try. They have truly made a positive impact on my running experience.

These are very comfortable shoes as soon as you put them on. No blisters, No having to break them in like some shoes. My dad walks, like excessive, I can put in 15 miles in a day. These are great shoes and I wholeheartedly recommend. I wear a size 8 in Vans and I bought a size 9. Fits perfect!

As a runner once you find a pair of shoes that you enjoy you never stray until they are discontinued. These Brooks are those shoes for me. This is my fourth pair of this style Brooks. They are super supportive and nice cushion when road running. My only complaint is that they run a little wide (but I have a narrower foot). Size up by a half size as they seem to run short

This is my fifth pair of Ghost Brooks sneakers. I always go up a half size. So normally I am size 9, but I purchase 9.5 Medium in these. I have deep arches and a regular sized foot. I feel the support of the shoe with my arches is very supportive. I use them for walking about 3 miles per day at a good clip! I do have to replace them about every 5-6 months. I always keep my old ones for around the house or working in the yard. My only complaint is (and this goes for every fabric top sneaker in the market) my big toe rips through the top of these. It's how I walk apparently! I have tried many brands and this always happens. It's really annoying! I do still buy these Brooks shoes everytime still. They have a lot of nice colors and I feel like they are staying with the times and coming up with cool new designs! I do recommend these to all my friends!

These shoes are so cute. After reading reviews I sized up 1/2 size. Not necessary. I had to return and order correct size. First order got here very quickly. 2nd order took over 2 weeks. It was with the wait. Good support and plenty of toe room.

This is my first pair of Brooks. I’m an avid walker and wanted to try a new brand (I’m usually an ASICS and Hoka gal). The cushioning, support, comfort, and overall fit of these Brooks are fabulous. I’ll definitely be a repeat buyer.

Long ago, I saw this shoe displayed at my podiatrist’s waiting room. I finally decided to get it. I think it’s the most comfortable shoe I’ve ever worn! Even though it’s for running, I use it for nightly walks. I intend to purchase more later, as the price is very reasonable!

I'm wearing these shoes as I'm writing this review. They are so comfortable yet provide the needed support. My feet are not happy in every shoe, so when I find a pair that makes my feet happy, it's a huge win. I love these Brooks shoes. I now have two pairs of them and wear them daily. I won't be purchasing any other shoes in the future.

These are my go to shoes 10/10! They offer great comfort and support for workouts as well as daily use. I haven't found anything that has come close. These shoes were originally recommended to me by orthopedist after I injured my MCL on one of my runs. After the injury it came to light that the shoes I had been using was the culprit as it had not been providing me with any support.

Ordered a pair half a size up and one a full size up from what I usually wear. There was very little difference between the two but my regular size definitely would have been snug so glad I ordered larger. Ended up keeping the full size up pair to allow for thicker socks in winter and insoles to be inserted. Very comfortable. Look nice. Good price.

I usually go for the Brooks Glycerin running shoes, but I opted to try these Brooks Ghost running shoes instead. I’m so glad I did! These are much easier to run in and are much more comfortable. I also like the color combos better in the ghost than the glycerin shoes.I did size up a half size to give my toes a little more room though.

I purchased these shoes on a whim after seeing it highlighted on the Today Show. I have a long, narrow foot but also need a wide toe box. These Brooks shoes fit better than the New Balance I bought from a specialty store. Very happy with these shoes so far! Definitely take the advice of going at least a half size bigger than your normal size.
