Worked perfectly on my alienware m15 r2

Excellent, affordable product
I purchased this to replace a set of fans in my Dell Alienware M15 R3. Granted that by the laptop's design disassembly and installation was quite the nightmare, these fans worked well and the laptop now cools great and the fan sound is normal.

Working good so far
It was a bit of a pain to replace. I had to take pretty much everything out but It fits perfectly and so far is keeping my laptop cool.

Fans Grinding in Under a Year
Worked great on initial install, but both fans started grinding in under a year, and after about a year and 2 months they are grinding so consistently that I am certain I will need to replace them again in the next month. Given how time consuming and delicate the process of installation is, it is a replacement I was hoping to avoid doing for the remaining life of my laptop. With the layout of the alienware m15 R3 you have to remove almost every component but the keyboard from the laptop to replace the fans. This is because the fans are attached to the motherboard on the side facing the keyboard. I managed to avoid breaking any of the incredibly fragile cords during disassembly and reassembly last time, but I worry about getting that lucky again. Definitely would not risk buying this product again as I would not want to risk this issue again in a year.

Great replacement
I waited a few months to review this product. Overall amazing replacement fan if you need one. I have an Alienware M15 R4. Installed these and it passed all system test and still running like a champ.
