When it comes to parts I am VERY picky. So to give this 5 stars means it is a GREAT PRODUCT. I previously had some DEI products on the fuel lines on my 1957 Thunderbird. Sure the functionality was good but they looked terrible and I was not going to keep them on a show quality car. I am so glad I found these.The install is very easy. The shielding expands to go over fittings and the shrink wrap means that the ends will not fray. They are also black so they will not be showing any dirt (thats a no brainer for putting something under the hood that has the possibility of getting dirty).Lastly, I believe they are a Christian company as indicated by the Thomas Jefferson quote on the packaging so good on them for having no shame in their game.

Looks great and is obviously high quality. Nothing to complain about! I used it for a fuel line on a Harley that had to come super close to extreme heat sources. This stuff did the job and is keeping the hose from cooking and drying out. works great on wiring as well!

Put this over my gas line on harley because it was touching the fins on the engine and kept burning holes into it so this slipped over the line and I cut it to size ... the lines been good ever since !

This is my second time around to put heat shield on a neopreme fuel line on My Jeep, to prevent vapor lock. The 1st time, I got the 5/8" sleeve, which was too big and didn't look good. This 1/2" sleeve was really tight and had to be streched before I could slip it on, but once on, it looks great.

These are intended for heat shielding, I get it and used them to cover a morse cable housing for my shifter that is near to some exhaust tubing. Still, some adjacent sheet steel rubbed on the casing enough to break some of the fibers. I'd have thought it'd be tougher than that.For the intended and claimed use, it appears effective.

I recently hooked up an amp and subwoofer in my vehicle and after a month in the hot southern area plus the heat from under my hood, my amp wire had melted through. So after buying another 20 feet of amp wire I decided to get this to go with it so I wouldn't have this problem ever again and its worked like a charm ever since.

worked perfectly to solve my vapor lock issue. installed it in two pieces, one on the line leading to the carb and the other on the fuel line adjacent to the driver's side exhaust tip. stopped the problem - no more stalling out due to lack of fuel.
