Great product for hair
Been using this for over a year and love it. Makes hair feel soft and shiny and gets rid of build up from limescale. Have baby fine hair and Works well for me

Absolutely love it
Best product ever for after wash when water is hard. I am in central London and the water is very harsh, using this product really helps to keep the hair silky smooth, I use it after shampoo and conditioner as a last step.

Removed orange from hair extensions but revealed ashy ends
Went away on holiday for the first time with blonde hair extensions and the ends turned orange - had worn my hair up in the pool but had no idea suncreams can cause this! I started with purple shampoo first which didn’t lift anything so brought the sachets after my hairdresser advised them. Put them on for 10 minutes and all orange and peach was gone which was a relief … however… I was then left with ashy / silvery ends which didn’t match my creamy blonde hair!! I’m 99% sure this came from the vigorous pre washing of purple shampoo and the Malibu c revealed the damage from those, rather than it being the Malibu c but as I’m not certain that’s only reason it’s not a 5*. Despite this after a week of washing with normal shampoo, the ends have returned to original creamy blonde but I had no idea if this would happen so caused a lot of stress in the mean time So if anyone’s come to my review before acting - don’t purple shampoo first!!

Not enough in a sachet
Bought to take abroad. Needed 2 sachets to wash long hair extensions. Didn't make much difference in my color.

Great product, I'm no longer orange!
My hair went orange on the ends from sun cream on holiday. My hairdresser recommended this and it did the trick. It says leave on 5 minutes but that didn't work so I left the next sachet on 30 minutes and my hair was perfect. Not cheap but great for removing discolouration and any kind of build up on hair.

IT WORKS!
I fell victim to turning my hair orange from sun lotion and swimming pools along with the hard water on my holiday. ONE use of this product has saved my life. This would’ve cost hundreds for a full new head of extensions. Absolute god send unbelievable product
