Daddy Shark!
Ive been buying little animals from amazon each week to keep in a container for when my grandchildren come to play with.I received this for an honest review..Its approx 14 inches in length. It's made out of a hard plastic and is very detailed and realistic. Even down to the scales on the body . It's ideal for children aged 3 and over as younger children might hurt themselves with it. Mind you saying that my 4 year old and 3 year old grandchildren would probably try and it each other over the head with this during a fight!I knew my 4 year old grandson would be interestedin this as he wants to know all of the animals correct names. Where they live, are they now extinct and also what the eat/ate.and sure enough he absolutely loved this. When it was time to go home he was really hesitant putting it back in the container as he so wanted to take it home. The next day my 3 year old (well she'll be 3 in October) grandaughter came and went straight to the animal box in the living room and i heard her shout 'Nanny theres a daddy shark here'!!!I tried to tell her it was a megladon and came from Japan but she wasn't having any of it. This is daddy shark. It's currently selling for just over £15 which may seem like a lot for an animal figure that doesnt do anything, but i currently pay around £6-£7 for an animal from a popular make thats about a third in size to this. This megladon is deailed and sturdy and looks like it will withstand a lot of tough play from a young child . It may not be an all singing and dancing toy but a) it wont need constant batteries draining your budget and its invaluable in a toy box as it makes your children use their imagination, something which nowadays is missing in a lot of toys. All i have to do now is make sure my 2 year old grandson doesnt spot it when he comes with his 4 year old brother this week as there'll be fights over this and i can see someone getting banged over the head with this during the screams and i'll be wishing i'd have got a nice quiet book for them to read instead. For any shark loving children or any children that like my grandson ask for a toy with lots of teeth, this is the toy for them!.

A scary looking megalodon shark, also resembles the Great White shark
My youngest son loves this and takes it into the bath with him , I remember playing with shark toys similar to this as a child myself, what kid isn't fascinated by sharks. The shark is pretty big and looks kinda scary but that just adds to the fun , it's really well painted and looks realistic, it's based on a prehistoric megalodon shark that also resembles the Great White shark, so you could probably pretend that it's either of those when playing with it.The shark is hard , it's not bendy or squishy in any way , the teeth are blunt and don't stand out very well but it's still a really good toy, I know i would have been made up with this shark toy as a child , my son loves it so it's a thumbs up from me.

Scary Looking Shark Figure!
My grandson loves playing with animal figures, we have gone from wild animals and dinosaurs to sharks recently. He absolutely adores this FLORMOON Megalodon Toy!At 35cm it is one of the largest around of it's type and while it seems a lot to pay for a plastic figurine they are all a similar price. Toy manufacturers make a big thing about 'hand painted' toys but this just means the painting is less precise - but children aren't as critical as me. The materials are non toxic and the shark isn't that heavy being made from two hollow sections glued together. The features are quite detailed, a little scary looking for young children, but I'm sure we are going to be playing with this a lot over the coming weeks.

Good quality display item
I've got a partner who is really into sharks, dinosaurs and superheroes, so has a massive collection of figures.I thought I would get this as he loved watching The Meg. The model is very well made, and the attention to detail is incredible. If there was one thing I would improve on was the teeth. It would have been great if they were really pointy instead of it being a gummy megalodon. But it was probably a bit more difficult to mould. As a display piece and even a toy, it is really good.

Super cool
Haha my little one year old got this out the delivery box and her eyes lit up. She immediately grabbed it out and roared as loud and she could with the shark. It’s safe to say it’s a hit! The curve of the sharks body means its really easy to grip and handle. It seems of good quality the finish on it is pretty good.

A much loved toy for my son
My son is a big fan of Jaws, so he loves sharks. This megalodon is a really nice example of a medium/large plastic shark figurine. There’s lots of wrinkly detail over the body and it poses with a wide open mouth. In general, the paint job is good but the teeth are where a bit of detail is lost. My son loves this nonetheless. It’s lightweight and with no air holes so has been added to bath time also.

Good toy for kids
Kids loved this but then they love dinosaurs and sharks and well pretty much anything like this. This was then an instant hit with them. Size wise its just right for a 6 - 8 year old to hold and play with comfortably, younger children shouldnt have much of a problem either but be mindful of the tail and fin. There are no "teeth" in the sense that they are not sharp but just painted on. Its quite realistic looking and of a rubbery material so not liable to break easy, its very similar to the dinosaurs you can get in the high street shops.I cant find fault with this its very nice, it may be a little expensive though which is why I only give it 4 stars.

An awesome shark model!
I love aquatic life! This shark is so impressive. Great detailing. It's lighter than it looks as it is hollow. The plastic is thick and feels durable. It's an awesome toy for scaring your friends with!!! It may be a toy but it's also look pretty funky as an ornamental figure in the right setting. The fins are all smooth edged which is good. My nephew's going to love this as much as i do!
