This is a great book for talking with children about their emotions. It’s a great quality book, s good read and good illustrations

Bought this for my three year old who had started stomping when irritated. A perfect way to describe feelings and anger to young children. Lovely illustrations too.

This had a good story and got my kids attention. I felt like it showed a good way to deal with stompy emotions without making it seem like it was too teachy.

Purchased for my stompy 5 year old son as thought it might help him to recognise his own “stompy-ness”. It worked. Read it once and he said “Mummy, it’s like me!!”Exactly what I hoped for and it generated a good conversation about the impact of him being moody.

He loves it and it does help.
