I love this bag! I really like the large zippered area and pen holders. I need notebooks and pens for recipes, prep lists and truck orders so the pouch area is large enough to accommodate those needs. The pen holders are plentiful bc vendors or co workers are always snagging pens and running off with them. I have a minor grumble. I wish the latches weren’t plastic. The zippers and strap hooks are metal but I knew the latches were plastic and for the price point, it’s a minor non issue. I ordered the brown and I love it and I get lots of compliments at work. My coworkers walk by and just touch the bag. The color makes it look like leather so I think it tricks some folks. There are plenty of knife slots and the slots accommodate peelers or whisks. The canvas also takes on a nice patina. It’s been splashed with water here and there and it gives it a sexy worn in look that I like. If you want something that you can keep pristine and brand new looking keep it away from splashes. Overall, I am extremely pleased with this gorgeous bag. It’s not just good looking but it allows me to keep everything I need at my fingertips and organized. I highly recommend this bag.

The roll is great! Only complaint is that the seams of the knife pockets are very weak. But, it’s still a solid knife roll.

I like the bag but feel it would be so much better if there where knife guards to protect the bag from sharp knives. I'd be willing to pay more for this extra quality. That is the reason for my 3 star rating.

I have a full set of knives that's why this is so useful also good quality

Nice bag, other than the large tear.

I am very happy with this knife case. Built well, so far it has held up to the rigors of the kitchen. The only drawback is the slots for the knife handles are a bit small/tight for my knife set.

Chef seems to really like it. Has only been using it for a couple days so I cannot comment on durability or sturdiness. But it does appear and feel like it should hold up.
