Tingles but it works!
Great price for the amount! The tingling sensation is very scary if you're a first time user like me! But I recently am caffeine free & needed a boost to meet my workout goals and instead of a pre workout drink I thought I'd try this and was surprised with the results, if you can see past the tingling, it made me focus more, I absolutely smashed my 5k today. I will continue to take and see if it continues to work for me!

More reps more sets
Does exactly what it claims to do. I mix this with water in a post workout protein shake with creatine together and the results are impressive. Once your muscles are fully saturated it helps you push out those extra reps and sets,be careful not to over train as it can mask fatigue!

Bulk have rubbish customer service if you buy on Amazon
Customer service review Used Bulk powders for years. Never had any issues with the products. Consistent products as you would expect. But if you have an issue with anything don’t contact them directly because they will just reply with a copy and paste response basically telling you to get lost. Found a flea in the bag of beta alanine that I bought through the Bulk store front on Amazon. I had had it for about a month or so before I opened it, and had been using it for a few weeks before I found it. So there wasn’t an option to contact the seller, only to return it. These things happen. So I threw away the rest and decided to contact them directly to report it. Not to get a replacement, but to let them know just in case there were other cases and they might need to take action. I work for a company that is global so they collate all issues worldwide to see if there are patterns. Rather than just looking locally. I received a blunt 2 line email basically telling me to go away and moan at Amazon. I replied and explained that I wasn’t after a replacement or some sort of compensation for a product that cost less than £10 that I had used part of. But that I was trying to give them the information in case they wanted to look up the batch number and actually see if it was an isolated event or if there are more instances. You know, the sort of thing that causes product recalls and the likes.
