Polyester/Cotton Blend (Polycotton) Wadding/Batting for Quilting, Upholstery, Sewing, and Padding (6oz Polycotton, 1/8m - 50cm x 37cm)

Bought this for a baby quilt. After many weeks of hand piecing and hand quilting it was ready for a wash….. my machines (I have two) could not spin any water out as the quilt had turned to gel inside. I am extremely annoyed .

I washed this before use as for a baby quilt lining. Despite on a fast spin, was on line for 2 days, and even after a further night on radiator, when squeezed water still within fabric. Cannot use this. To be fair to company after a few messages they asked me to send it back. Unfortunately I have to pay Hermes postage to do so, so not worth the effort. I did ask for refund but won't grant unless returned. The company has replied to my messages.

This is not machine washable as stated in the details. It turns to gel. I used it for my daughter’s new baby cot bumpers with expensive material and it is ruined. The company will ensure it is highlighted and they have refunded me which I am very happy about. They were understanding.

Am so glad I've finally found this again I just couldn't remember when I got it last year ,it a good quality for the price will be ordering from them again thank you 🙏
