Q: it's ok if retouch after 8 weeks? how long should i wait between one full application to do another?

You have to wait at least 6 weeks. But be very careful not to leave solution on too long or your lashes will LITERALLY break OFF. I'm going through this now. No fault of the product.

Q: What do I use to preclean my lash and eye area and what do I use to clean after I’ve completed the steps?

After completing all the steps? If yes, you can use a primer. :) Both before and after.

Q: Do you need to avoid getting lashes wet after lifting is done?

After you finish all the process, you don’t need to avoid lashes getting wet. I had to wash my lashes and around my eyes after I used this, but it was just fine.

Q: Is the perm solution thio acid or cysteine?

Our Perm solution contains both.

Worst Lash Lift Ever!

This is the worst lash lift I have ever purchased. It did absolutely nothing for my lashes! I followed the instructions carefully, but there was no lift at all. Thinking I might need to leave it on longer, I tried again for 45 minutes, and still nothing. My lashes remained completely straight, as if I hadn’t used anything.Not only was this a waste of time, but also a total waste of money. I was really hoping for some lift and curl, but this product did not deliver in any way. Very disappointed and would not recommend it to anyone.
