I have tried other pullups and these are much better than others I have used. I have tried Depends which were pretty useless in my case, not enough absorption and failed miserably. Another one which I really like even though I did have some leaking on occasion was made by Tranquility. They were ok as far as comfort goes but a slight papery feel stiff feel. I then discovered these made by Dry Direct. Out of all of them they are superior. Their absorbency is better than any the others for my problem and gives me confidence to go out and shop, visit people or places without worry of leaks. Sometimes when I need to urinate just standing from a seated position gets my urine flow start and there is no stopping it so I was very happy to find these. Also they can’t be detected under clothing…not bulky at all. I wear a size 2X and am 5’8” and weigh 230 pounds for perspective. They are also the best when it comes to comfort whereas they feel more like cotton cloth and are very soft. They are a bit more expensive but worth it to me for my comfort and confidence especially when going outside my house.

I did some research and found these for my Dad. Best purchase I have made since my Dad started needing extra help. Before I found these diapers I was up all night, being woken up every 3 or so hours a night to change diapers and bed sheets. Can I just say.... No Rem Sleep! I Praise God for the day that I found these diapers. I put them on my Dad for night time and he goes the whole night with no accidents. He wakes up to nice clean bed sheets and I as his caregiver have been able to get my full nights sleep back! I am so grateful to this company. The diapers are very soft and gentle to the touch and they hold about 3 - 4 pee occurrences. I also like that I don't see any blue chemical strip on the delicate genital area. My Dad had the appearance of a bed soar that wanted to get started when we were using the other brand diapers. After using these diapers with baby diaper rash cream it stoped what looked like a coming bed soar from becoming a reality. Once again.... My Dad had to start wearing these to bed. I purchased the smallest size, however he would still wake up wet on his back probably from not fitting properly.

Have a family member with incontinence? Definitely give these a try! We tried so many brands and were always dealing with leaks. It plays into their moral and adds to frustration by the caregivers. These are soft, fit well and no leaks...so far! (it's been about a month since we started using them!) Everyone is happy that I found them on Amazon! Delivery is quick and they come in a plain box. They are a little expensive but that balances out because fewer are used! Not to mention-no more wet clothes and bedding having to be washed! We highly recommend!
