Tiger BalmPain Relieving Patch Large, 4 Count (Pack of 6)

I love these patches! I have a very bad back with history of pain and surgical procedure as well as arthritis in all my vertebrae. I used the prescription patches for years without enough relief. I purchase many items in all ranges from Amazon. Being handicapped, I find Amazon Prime to be a true blessing for so many of my needs, but I regress. I saw the Tiger Balm patches one day and decided to try them. They made a dramatic change in my back pain. Not only are they larger size wise, but they are more effective, you can wear them longer than the prescription patches with a twelve hour maximum wear. I wear mine at least 24 hours or until I take them off. They do have that menthol scent, but I could care less about the scent if I am getting relief from my chronic pain. I buy the large package of six boxes, definitely a better buy especially if you need them more often as I do. They are packaged very well, ever dry out and the price comparison between these and the prescription patches is amazing. I highly recommend these! For those suffering with chronic pain, not just your back, but wherever a sticky backed patch can be placed, try these.

I’m 56 y/o I’m overweight and recently had a knee scope before Thanksgiving. I didn’t bounce back like I thought I would and had considerable pain walking along with my knee becoming stiff when sitting even for short periods of time. I can’t take NSAIDS because of the side effects. Tylenol can only help to a degree and it’s not good to take so much. ( I used a bottle of Tylenol in a month.....NOT GOOD for your liver!!!). I work in a field where I’m possibly on my feet for a 12 hour shift. I was having a hard time. I friend/coworker suggested Tiger Balm because his grandfather (a farmer) swore by it. I was willing to try anything. I came across these patches. Instead of having to rub the ointment these patches are WONDERFUL and truly made a difference. They give off a feel of cool then warm sensation. I have more mobility in my knee and the pain is reduced...which is still a PT work in progress. I have recommended these patches to other people who have arthritis in their joints and ALL have been happy that I’ve shared what I found. I tired MANY other ointments and this was what helped me. I use the LARGE patches and you can cut them in half if you need less. But the patches do come in a smaller size as well.

The best relief for any aching pain on your body ! I've tried everything , lets face it , the older you get you know you've tried it all and this is the only one that EVER stopped pain immediately ! The price is amazing compared to the instant relief it gives you and once again and always Amazon gets it to your house most times the next day without fail ! Best advice i can give is to join Amazon Prime because i need things fast sometimes when i order and i know for fact it comes from them after trying a lot over the years ! Enjoy the heat patch , i know you will , and get the Prime so dont have to wait for relief !

This is the only heat patch on the market (that I have been able to find) which has Menthol, Camphor, and Capsicum. All other patches have one or two, this has all three.I was disappointed to find these patches no longer adhere to skin as well as they once did. But the patch no longer sticks to itself as easily and is much easier to pull apart if the adhesive from two parts of the patch fuse together.A trade off, but I had learned how to avoid gluing the patch to itself and now find it peels off my lower back or back of my shoulder, when that used to not be an issue at all.Still, I find it very helpful for when I overdo things and need a patch for many hours on my lower spine, my hip, my shoulder impingement, etc. And I use both the large patches and the small patches for various reasons.

They do a good job at reducing pain a get from a pressure point on my back that gets irritated when it's compressed.The drawback is these things don't breathe. So if you're sitting for a while (I used for a 4hr plane trip), you'll end up sweating quite a bit. Same issue if you sleep with one on and lay on it.Worth it to help the pain though.

Just wish the patches stuck to the skin better around the edges of the patch. But once in place the relief is almost immediate! Works best on flat areas of skin, impossible to get the patches to stick on neck area-have to use the tiger balm ointment for that area.

Have been using these Tiger Balm patches for 2 years and they help a great deal with the discomfort in my back. I've used several brands and for me these are the best.

I purchase the large size of the Tiger Balm pain-relieving hydrogel patch... the best pain patch that I have used. The combination of camphor, menthol and capsicum (pepper) provide enhanced pain relief without burning or irritating my skin. The patch stays in place and can be cut smaller, if needed for a smaller area. It adheres to the skin without tape and without leaving residue on the skin after removal. The hydrogel provides a medium that is flexible and moves well with body movement. My only complaint, from an environmental standpoint, is the wasteful packaging. The patches come in a convenient foil, resealable folder. However, the manufacturer additionally places the foil pack in a cardboard box. So wasteful. The patches could be mailed in a mailing envelope versus a large Amazon box with inflated packing material.
