Not going to lie I’m always skeptical and tried other products of t5 in past that made me feel sick but since trying these I’ve been taking two fasted in the morning before doing a 5 mile run in my first 2 weeks I struggled for 5k and these seem to give me the same extra boost I’ve needed to get me through my cardio not sure if they are will make you lose weight on there own but they do give you that extra boost in the gym to push harder for longer and not crash as hard even if it gives you 5% more it is worth it I can’t not have these now they have become part of my routine and have felt so much better since
