I am not a doctor, just a consumer who was in need of some relief from painful inflammation. I read all reviews of any product I purchase. This particular product was the one to purchase based on the reviews. I was not disappointed. I received the product within two days, much earlier than expected. I immediately started taking the tablets. Within a matter of days the symptoms started to subside. Taking these tablets as directed did the job! I would highly recommend this product to anyone who has reoccurring problems. Again, I am not a doctor, but I would think that taking these tablets on a regular basis would be a preventative measure for any future flare-ups. Of course, you want to watch your diet as some foods can bring on unwanted pain and suffering. I would say that by the time you get halfway through the bottle, if not sooner, you should be seeing very positive results. It depends on how severe your symptoms are. Mine were rather painful. I recommend them highly.

have gout the worst way , cherry extract is the best for gout i have ever used. drink plenty water, and see for your self. wa onl on this for two days and i could feel the difference.

these seemed to help with my gout but don't think they did much, they tasted ok and in my opinion were even chewable.

I love this product. They really seem to help my aches & pains. I take 2-3 a day with meals.
