Q: Does anyone have a problem with locking the cup? it worked well. All of a sudden I can't press it down and lock it. Thank you!

I’ve had the same issue off and on after a couple months - what I’ve found works most of the time is to rotate the wheel inside backwards a little bit and make sure it lines up with the cup properly and it usually fixes it.
