Q: Do you have left handed **wired** track ball mouse? Just like the wireless one here (I have two of them)

Yes but I have to change batteries every 3 months also, I have to press the right button which is for enter all the way down to the bottom. I don't like it. I will replace it as soon as I can find a reliable one.

Q: If I program this mouse on one computer on one computer and then use it on another computer with the programming saved?

To my knowledge you cannot 'program' this mouse. You can configure it, such as button function, but that is done on the computer via the driver settings. If you moved the trackball to another computer, those settings would have to be done done again.

Q: Is the red ball the red ball, the newer more accurate replacement ball, or just simply colored red? Sorry if I missed it in the prior answers. Thanks!

It says in the product description that current optical recognition technology is more accurate with the red ball.

Q: How long battery last

I never turn the switch on the underside of the mouse off. I use this every day for work (7-10 hours). Lasts 2-3 months easily. I don't feel like I have to change batteries often at all.

Lovely

The trackbal is ideal if you work on a desk with minimal space. The setup of the mouse that the buttons are automatically swapped for my left finger is awesome. And very comfortable to hold and operate
