VIVEsoleOrthotic Inserts for Plantar Fasciitis - Arch Support Insoles Shoe Inserts for Comfort and Relief from Flat Feet, High Arches, Back, Fascia, Foot and Heel Pain - Full Length

I have custom orthotics but it is such a pain to take them in and out of my work shoes. I wanted a couple of cheaper pairs to just leave in my other shoes. I had heard a lot of great things about the superfeet Greens so I decided to order them. But then I also ran across these from Vive Health for 1/3 the price--and they also had great reviews. So I bought both. The quality I would say is equal, seeming like the same materials to me. I actually prefer the fit of the Vive Health--- the arch is a bit too near the heel in the Greens for me. But that is just individual foot shape. They both have good solid arches (which will take you a few days to get used to if you have never used arch supports before.) I will buy these Vive Health Orthotics again for sure. Same quality. Better fit for me. Less than half the price. No brainer.

I have a bone spur and have severe heel pain when I walk for a period of time. I can not even do a full grocery shopping trip without having this pain. I purchased these insoles and immediately put them in my shoes. I noticed at first that they were uncomfortable, the insole was pressing on my arch and it just seemed hard. (Although I went to the store and noticed that my heel was not hurting.) I decided that these were not going to work, they were just too uncomfortable, so I made an appointment to go see my Dr. to get a referral to a podiatrist (my mother in law convinced me I need to have insoles custom made $300) At my Dr appointment I explained to my Dr that I had just purchased a pair of insoles. Although my heel was no longer hurting the insoles were uncomfortable and pressed too much on my arch. My Dr asked me if I took out the insole that came with the shoe. No, I hadn't! I took out the insoles and put the purchased one back in. Right away after placing my foot in my shoe it immediately felt better. The insoles were no longer pressing on my arch and it felt so much better to walk on. I went for a walk yesterday to see if my heel would hurt after walking a while, I was pleasantly surprised. No heel pain! I saved myself $300.Take away from this story.....take out the insole that came with the shoe before putting these insoles in.

They're like the soles I never had! Well, not until I bought them, anyhow. I grew up wearing custom orthotic insoles made from molds of my very own feet. The physician's assistant would give my feet a nice hot bath in bubbling water and massage them.... Awwww yeah. Those were the days. then came the day I grew up and found out how much they cost. It was after I left the orthotics on top of my car as I drove away from the beach. I can't afford to lose things like that, so fast forward and I'm trying out these little humdingers. Trim to fit, slip them inside a roomier pair of shoes, and, HEY! WOW! These things really work! On my first day wearing these I even had to stand for my 1 1/2 hour bus commute home from work, and I made it! (Yes, it hurt a little because my muscles haven't adjusted to my super-duper new upright posture yet.) But the support, the step, the solid feel is all there. Just make sure you bring them along when you buy your next pair of shoes.

I purchased these insoles based upon their reviews. They didn’t measure up to my expectations however. I was hoping they’d make a long day working on my feet more tolerable, but they ended up causing me more discomfort. This could be totally my fault, however, as I attempted to wear them for an entire shift standing on hard, barely more than concrete, floors. I probably should have worked up to that as recommended by others. They seem to be a well-made insole, but just not designed for my foot. I am, however, going to see if I can get used to them. Stay tuned…

I am a manager in a restaurant so I am constantly walking on hard ground for hours. After ten years in a restaurant plantar fasciitis happened to me. I think because when I became a manager I started wearing cute flats with outfits instead of supportive shoes. These have definitely helped. The first day you wear them though is a nightmare. Your foot has to adjust to the inserts since they support and feel like you are standing in a ball where your arch is. I could barely walk at the end of my shift my feet were so sore from them. They are perfectly fine now!! My plantar fasciitis has not gone away yet but at least I know my foot is being supported for now.

I tried to like these...I really did. I have high arches, and so I like an insole that supports them. Based on the photos, these looked to be right up my alley. Unfortunately it doesn't seem like they provide support over the full length of my arch, so just ends up feeling like I'm walking on a golf ball. At first I thought it felt kinda nice, like a massage ball kneading into my foot, but it only takes a few minutes for the whole experience to turn south and become painful. The best compromise I found was placing my shoe's original insole over top of it, but even this wasn't enough to safeguard longer than 20 minutes. Think I'll be going back to the superfeet green I had last time.

These are virtually identical to Vionic/Orthaheel Active insoles at about half the cost, so if you like those insoles, then you will love the ViveSole version. As a matter of fact, I wore one of each brand for a day to see if I noticed any difference, and there was no perceivable difference between the two. As others have mentioned, these insoles are very firm, and if you're not accustomed to that level of support, they can be very uncomfortable at first, so wearing them for short durations and then gradually extending the time is recommended. Although I normally wear custom orthotics, these are a great alternative for shoes that I don't wear everyday. They provide excellent support to prevent my plantar fasciitis from flaring up, and provide just the right amount of cushion to allow them to be comfortable without being squishy which would compromise the support. Overall, a great product for people who need an extra supportive insole!

I got these for running because my running shoes did not provide any arch support and I was having pain in my lateral arch (along the outside edge of foot) from running.These looked almost comical because the arch is so high, and so rigid, but having used them I can see that it's exactly what I needed. Also, I was lucky that the Medium size were an EXACT fit for my size 42 (UK 8, US 9) Men's Puma running shoes, no trimming needed if this is your shoe size and width.Photos side-by-side the insole my running shoes came with.

Es una plantilla muy bien hecha, pero demasiado gruesa. Aun quitando la plantilla original de tu zapato, esta plantilla le agrega un extra grosor que en mi caso no permitio que me quedaran mis zapatos comodamente. Al usarlas el zapato me apretaba en extremo el empeine, aunque trate de usarlo asi unos dias para ver si se hacian mas flexibles eso no sucedio.Las he usado en zapatos tenis de cintas y sin las plantillas originales y quedan medio bien, aunque no estan diseñadas para tenis, pues el soporte del arco lumbar le agrega ademas de altura, tambien ancho y no asientan bien.En general, creo que pueden mejorarlas en un futuro, pues me gusto su diseño y calidad.
