Cartilage Repair Supplement by Todicamp...📚 Glucosamine, chondroitin and Tumeric… I take a combination of these every day these everyday to help save off chronic joint issues. I inherited some and some are due to an autoimmune disorder so it's important to me to do everything I can to keep my joints in as good a shape as possible!📚This is an excellent composition of ingredients.It is almost identical to the one I take that is recommended by my doctor. Both the list of ingredients and the quantities of each…. almost identical.📚 Is this bottle arrived safety sealed with shrink wrapping around the top of the bottle and an inner seal under the cap.📚 I was delighted to open this bottle and discover that it is filled to the top with supplement capsules. So often you get a bottle that is maybe half full, no waste here!📚 The capsules are a pale yellow color, odorless and medium in size, easy to swallow and I experienced no repeating.📚 Summary… this is an excellent product with a fantastic composition composition of ingredients. A serving size is 3 capsules. One bottle is 90 capsules or, a 30 day supply. At just under $22, I would consider this a good value for such an excellent product 👍👍

I'm not a fan of swallowing multiple pills every day so when I saw that this supplement combined several typically separate ingredients together I was interested. The container arrived double sealed and includes 90 capsules. The capsules are somewhat on the large side with a suggested serving size of 3 capsules per serving which provides 30 servings (so much for not taking as many pills). The ingredient list is fairly short which means no fillers or unnecessary ingredients which I like. The provided turmeric is 150mg (at 3 capsules) which is on the low side as an average supplement provides an average of 300-500mg. The inclusion of glucosamine/chondroitin and MSM is a good combination of ingredients which work well. Overall I like the supplement though I wish that the turmeric content was higher. Even so I would recommend this supplement.

A daily dose of this product is three VERY LARGE capsules. That's fine, I guess, but it's something to be ready for. The bottle also suggests starting with a "loading dose" of six capsules per day. Again, I don't know why this bothers me, but I don't really want to swallow six capsules a day. Do they have to be so big?
