From our home in Norway, Helly Hansen has been making professional grade gear to help people stay and feel alive for more than 140 years. It all started in 1877 when sea captain Helly Juell Hansen found a better way to stay protected from the harsh Norwegian elements. Soon thereafter, Captain Hansen and his wife Margrethe launched a business producing waterproof oilskin jackets, trousers, sou’westers and tarpaulins made from coarse linen soaked in linseed oil – and the legend was born!

Great
I work out on the ramp on an airport so I work in adverse weather and these definitely do the trick. They are stretchy, keeps me warm(sometimes a little too warm) they are definitely not breathable but for the work I do it works in my favor because it keeps me warm and very dry. I work around airplanes so there’s many things that can cut my clothes and these are very resilient to sharp edges or getting snagged on. They are super comfy and I highly recommend these.

Decent.
Bought lots of HH gear over the years. Got these bibs for work, I do hydro excavation. Had them a few weeks and like them so far. Material is a little thin. So unsure about long term durability. But they do look good and fit well. I also like the zippered pocket on the inside of the front chest.

Turned out great!
Works well. Only complaint is that it does not have a zipper so you have to undress to use the restroom. A nice heavy duty zipper would have made this a 5 star.

Good Product
Brought this in a bind. Did the job light weight but definitely service the purpose. I about 5'5 height, 285 weight still had room with jeans and hoodie underneath it. For me not cold weather fishing unless you don't like the heavier Bids.

Great material and design.
It is a nice fit which is rare for a big man like me. I don't like ordering clothes online because they are made for little people. But thankfully these were exactly what they said. I will try them out next month going hoop netting for lobster.

Awsome product
They held up on a commercial fishing boat the whole first weak thats saying somthing trust me !!keep making a product that keeps me dry n warm all winter on the boat .and all summer for yrs!

The Same design&quality as in local stores but colour
Charged twice the money compared to the same brand in local stores and I thought it was maybe thicker, but it was the same quality but unique color. It is not worth double the price for just the colour. They didn't credit me back when I returned it in time. I had to get Amazon involved, and I'm still waiting for my $3xx refund!
