Good quality. They did need to air out for about a week. They had a strong rubbery chemical smell to, but went away after a few days.

Works as intended. Seems decent quality the rubber has a strange smell. I purchased lighter weight versions that dont have the smell. Doesnt effect the use.

I ordered a set of dumbbells in 10, 12, and 15 pound weights to replace my older, rickety dumbbells and am pleased. Sure, the shipping box was crap by the time it got here, but the weights were fine. They look good and the chrome handles are slightly contoured, which offers a comfortable grip. The black rubber end portions of the weights have a slight odor that my wife complained about, but that should soon go away. The weights look good arranged on my weight rack and were a good purchase. I will extend my set in this brand as I progress. It would be nice if these weights were less expensive, but I guess you get what you pay for--in this case, a nice quality product. UPDATE: A Year later, I am still pleased with this product. The weights are a nice quality, comfortable, and hold up well. While there is sometimes a slight odor when unpacked, it soon goes away. I just updated to a pair of 30 lb. weights in this series, which should hold me for a while.
