Simple Solution Dog Urine Destroyer, 32 oz.

I have two small dogs who would prefer to do their business inside when it is cold or wet out. It was getting to the point where my whole house stunk of dog pee. I've used Nature's Miracle for many years, but when the Nature's Miracle for Wood Floors stripped the poly finish off my floors I was ready to try something new. Simple Solution Dog Urine Destroyer is not only much cheaper than Nature's Miracle, it works a whole lot better. I've used it on tile, wood, carpet, and fabric and there is now no trace of dog urine odor in my house. The dogs are actually using the dog flap, now that their markers are destroyed. Simple Solution Dog Urine Destroyer has a strong, not unpleasant, soapy odor. The odor dissipates quite quickly (though for tough stains I left it on for quite a while.) I decanted mine into a spray bottle, as that worked better than the squirt bottle it came in (for me.) I am entirely satisfied with this purchase and highly recommend it.

Wow, it works like a magic!!! I purchased many different products from Amazon (maybe Amazon workers think I own the animal shelter) for my puppy's pee-pee issue. My family thinks my nose is too sensitive. I'm the only female in my family (except two female dogs) and our dogs' mess is my job. However I DID smelled it for sure when I got home from work no matter if my family pretends not to smell. I purchased Air purifiers, all kinds of odor eliminators, house cleaning products for pet owners and a Bissell Pawsitively Compact Deep Cleaner machine etc..but still smelled it until I tried this product. So far this one is THE best of the best on the pee-pee issue. This product + deep cleaner machine = PERFECT result Only wish I have is it comes with a spray head to cover wide area for time saver. Simple Solution Urine Dry Carpet "Powder" wasn't working as I expected. I tried the powder since I love this product but the powder got stuck on the rug after absorbed pee-pee and can't vacuum them off completely even with Dyson. The smell is gone, yet it's in unsanitary condition. I had to re-do with this product + deep cleaner machine. So, go for this liquid one if you're wondering which is better.

My dog uses an indoor potty "tray" or litter box and sometimes he misses the tray. Needless to say, there were old urine stains on the carpet by the tray. The Urine Destroyer effectively eliminated the smell but not the stain. It's only been a week since I received the product and I should do further testing before awarding the fifth star. Overall, it beats all of the urine cleaning products I've tried so far, and I've tried many. A word of advice, the bottle top is really difficult to open so have patience and use vice grips if you have to.

I used to use Simple Solution Stain and Odor Remover all the time, and absolutely loved it! Then when I moved to TX, I couldn't find it in the pet store, so I started getting this Urine Destroyer. I was hoping it would work fairly well, considering it was the same brand as the other one that I LOVED. Well, this didn't disappoint! I could NOT be happier! You just spray it on (love the little retractable nozzle on it) and it says to blot, but I don't always. Sometimes I'll spray it on, leave the room, and forget about it, and when I come back to blot it or check on it, if the urine destroyer has already dried, then I cannot tell where the stain even was!!! So yeah. Minimal work, for the BEST results ever. I was cleaning my carpets the other day with a Hoover carpet cleaner, with their carpet solution made for pets and pet stains, and thought it would work, and that I didn't need to pretreat with Urine Destroyer, but it didn't work at all!!! Thankfully I had some Urine Destroyer, and it worked like a charm!

I purchased this solution based on the reviews and the price. When we moved into a new house, my dog had an accident on brand new carpet. I followed the directions perfectly and even pulled the carpet edge to treat the back of the carpet and pad. The smell was still there after drying. So I treated again. Same thing. I could smell urine through the pleasant smell of the solution. My wife thought I was crazy because I worked on this spot for days and obviously pulled up the carpet at that edge. When I finally made her get down and smell it after about 4 or 5 treatments, she could smell urine right away. This also did nothing for the urine smell at that spot in the subfloor. I gave up after going through almost an entire bottle. What worked was treating the subfloor with a small amount of bleach on the spot. VENTILATE YOUR HOUSE AND REMOVE YOUR PETS/FAMILY IF YOU USE BLEACH LIKE THIS. I'm not recommending you do this, but it's what killed every trace of the odor for me. I even put a tiny amount of bleach on the carpet pad spot too. Of course it made it a funky color, but you don't see the carpet pad. As far as the front and back of the carpet, enough vinegar/baking soda treatments finally got the smell out. My main concern about the solution needing so many treatments to work (if you actually get it to remove the smell) has to do with de-laminating the back of your carpet. This isn't hard to do with lots of moisture. It tells you directly on the bottle to saturate the area and everywhere around it...and that you may have to do multiple treatments. That's a lot of liquid to pour on your carpet in one spot. I wish this would have worked. I really wanted it too at that price.

This product is my favorite home cleaning solution! We were remodeling our home and removing old pet stained carpeting. We discovered 17 year old dog urine stains, along with a very strong odor. After using this product on the subfloor as directed, there are no more stains or odors!!!!!!!! It is truly simple and effective!!!!!!!!!!!!! This solution has saved me thousands of dollars in subfloor repairs!!!!!!!!!! If you have pets, don't go with out this product!!!!!!!!!

Did not eliminate cat odor.

I used almost the entire bottle over a week long period carefully following the instructions on a spot that was about 10" by 10". Unfortunately this did not work at all, it actually almost seemed to make the urine odor worse, once the scent from the solution wore down.

This stuff was great - smells wonderful and does work, however, I needed quite a bit more. One bottle wasn't enough for what puppy made.
