Garden MagicLAVA No Gnats, prevents gnats laying larvae, keep your plants and home gnat free naturally (1 Litre)

I first used the recommended 1 inch but I could still see gnats crawling out of the planters.The infestation did not resolve completely until I did the following:1- I moved all the indoor plants into one room and kept doors/windows shut3- I covered all the plants with more soil topper with 2 inches minimum. Making sure I got all sides.3- Started to bottom water the plants only as I noticed that the topper dissolved into the soil and stayed wet for days.4- Applied sticky traps on the planters to catch any adult gnats that escaped as I applied the soil topper and shook the planters. And boy did they get out of the soil faaaast!Gnat problem resolved within days!I changed the traps and glad to say that no gnats are stuck.I did all this to prevent using chemical sprays in the home to kill them, and so glad it worked.Best of luck to all

Easy to apply and smooth around the plants. Neat and attractive. On watering it seems to mesh together. A little goes a long way even at 1cm depth.Gnats have declined though not eleminated after 2 weeks. One or 2 a day collected on sticky fly catchers.

I'm not sure it has worked to keep away the fungus gnats but has added a decorative element to some plants. However for others it has turned a horrible yellow colour, not sure why this has happened to some plants and not others.

After battling with fungus gnats for months with my cheese plant I finally used this and wish I’d done this from the beginning. It works.

Product says it will get rid of knats in 2 weeks, after 2 weeks we contacted the Company and was told to be patient. We are now nearly 4 weeks later and still just as many knats - this is a completely waste of time and money. DO NOT BUY

Simple to apply and works!

Arrived quickly. Seems to have worked a little but not completely (yet?). Expensive but worth it if it works. Will probably need topping up.

Brought this as have a problem with gnats in one of my plants. Unfortunately this has not worked for this problem. It looks good on the soil and my plant is ok with having this on there soil, but the problem is still persistent so would not recommend if trying to get rid of the gnats this product did not work for me. Does look good though
