I am so happy with this night guard!!It seriously improved my quality of sleep.I was using the soft moldable guards that you see in stores and here on Amazon. They’re great, but I grind so hard that I was chewing through them in my sleep rather quickly. This one is excellent, and there’s no way I’m going to chew through it!I wear a Fitbit, which tells me how well I slept. I had been getting a sleep score of around 80 to 82, which is considered good. The first night I used this new night guard I had a 90 sleep score which is considered excellent. Also, I was having headaches during the night, and those have stopped since using this night guard.I will never use another type of guard again!

Didn't see myself writing a rave review about a mouth guard. I bought this for nighttime teeth grinding. I have tried a lot of options in the past. This has been my favorite. It is amazing how easy it is to reheat and reform it if you screw up the fitting. I had to do it 3 times to get it right. It went right back to it's out-of-the-package form after a few seconds in hot water. This is not your 1990 Little League guard. I am a fan. It is pretty rigid for a sports mouthguard...but that isn't my area of expertise.

This mouth guard performed the same as my fitted guard from my dentist for a fraction of the price. Granted, it won't last as long but for the price paid, I could buy 40 of these before hitting my dentist's product which broke after a few years. Fitting this is a pain and it took me 3 attempts to get something tolerably close. The video is one step above worthless as it states not use my fingers yet the display shows extensive guidance with fingers which I think is necessary.

I’m very disappointed in this night guard. I put a lot of faith in the excellent reviews and tried something different. First off, I’m 51 and have been wearing night guards most of my adult life. Typically I need to replace the store bought kinds every 6 weeks due to grinding. The ones made in the dentist office usually last a year but I haven’t done that for a while now.I have zero experience with sports guards so it’s possible that this guard feels better to folks who have worn this hard plastic style. I’m used to something that is more pliable and fits on the teeth more snuggly. It took at least 20 minutes to get it to fit as close as possible but because it’s such a loose fit, it makes me gag. I’m going to try sleeping with it in tonight but I’ve already reordered a different brand. This one is not for me.Three nights later update: I can move my rating up from two stars to three. What I do like about this night guard is the perforations that allow air and saliva to flow through it. Why can’t all night guards have those? Kudos to the creatorsWhat I don’t like about this night guard: the loose fit. Somehow it manages to stay in my mouth all night but I don’t know how. I’m sure I’ll wake up one morning and it will be lost in some crevice of my bedding while I panic wondering if I may have somehow swallowed it.I would not buy this again but I’ll use this one up.Last update: While this mouth guard didn’t work out for me, the seller is top notch. I've tried other mouthguards, and I'm really impressed by this one! One of the best parts compared to other mouthguards -- it's subtle in its size and shape! This is extremely helpful for allowing you to talk with volume and clarity (while also preventing choking). Its size and excellent shaping removes the need to constantly readjust and fix the placement of the mouthguard in your mouth. Also, the shape and size is great for action photos, cause rather than having a huge mouthguard bulging out of your mouth when you're in the heat of an intense game, you instead just have a subtle amount of color visible if your mouth is partially open.I want to also note that the shaping process of the mouthguard is so easy and clear in its instructions; if it gets deformed over time, you can easily reshape it again without any structural integrity being lessened or ruined in the process (can't say the same for other mouthguards that I have used). A multitude of women from my rugby team wear this mouthguard (including me), and it offers great protection for a high impact sport! Great customer service as well.

I've been wearing a night guard for the last 16 years, it was large bulky and hard. But it worked until the day my pup chewed it up. I bought the BulletProof night guard and last night I used it for the first time. It's so comfortable, easy to mold if you follow the instructions and I slept great! I love it more than my expensive old one I got from my dentist. Thank you !

Bought another mouth guard that my dentist recommended but it was too small and mushy. It kept falling out of my mouth and I thought I would swallow it while I slept, so I ditched that and am giving this one a try. So far I like how you can mold it more than once and it's not as mushy as the other one, which I like. It's also bigger than the other one and fits more snuggly. So far I am pleased with this mouth guard and recommend it.

Pros: This was initially the most comfortable night guard - OTC or prescription - I've ever worn. Just follow their video instructions for molding and fine-tuning the shape, and you'll be good to go.Cons: 1. Some of the marketing claims were a little exaggerated (since it takes longer than 90 seconds to do the molding procedure, and the chance you'll "forget you're wearing it" is pretty low). 2. The material wasn't strong enough to withstand nightly grinding, which first caused the guard's texture to get rough and abrasive, and then actually started to shred strands of material from the guard.Overall: It was great until it wasn't, so maybe for people who only grind their teeth a little, it would still be fine.
