My dog is too thick to understand the blanket part, but we’re getting there. God bless him. I had a similar shaped one before this (different brand). It eventually went flat like a pair of slippers. This is built so well and it’s still as springy as the day I got it. Keeps him comatosed, what more could i ask for lol. He deserves the best and this is very that! (For the price point). My dog loves this bed, sleeps in it every night! It’s machine washable which is great but it’s still quite big so any combo washer dryers with smaller drums may suffer a little. Inside is super super soft and the hood provides added comfort for the dogs. Out of the packaging it puffs up nicely
