What a waste of money! If you love a good facial cleansing brush you won’t love this one.Very underwhelming power. Brush too soft.But to top it off, after using in for about a week or so the battery gave out. Charged it and it turned back on once and then died for good. No matter what I did to revive it - no luck! Could mot return it because it was used. No refund given. I was only using it until I could find a better one. Gish I miss my Clairsonic.Nothing really compares to it. Definitely not this one!

This is the second one of these I have bought and it works great.. the only reason I had to buy a second was because I had dropped the original in the shower a hundred times and it finally stopped working.. the battery life is outstanding I used my first one for literally months every single day without having to charge and I had it for probably 2 or 3 years. It is extremely durable I dropped it many many times and it always kept working until it finally didn't but I was well satisfied with how long it lasted and all the abuse it took falling on a tile floor for year after year.. comes with multiple brush heads which is great because I have sensitive skin but all of them are actually pretty good so no issue there.. I can't say enough about it really..

While this was so cute and compact, I didn’t care for it because it was too soft. I could get more exfoliation from my toothbrush honestly. I will say I did not try the silicone head though. This will be going back however I’ve noticed now our returns aren’t as convenient as they used to be.

Purchased 2 of these, one arrived brand-new in a shrink-wrapped box but the other arrived unsealed, and it became immediately apparent that it had been purchased by someone else and returned. The protective internal plastic packaging was cracked, the manual was missing, the cord didn’t have a twist-tie, the brush cover is scratched up, and there was a tear in the inner box containing the soft care head. Not a great business practice to sell something as “new” when it’s not, especially when it’s a personal care item.

This product is very gentle sonic buzzing feeling doesn’t do much more than tickle your face. I’m really looking for something that can scrub my face a little more harshly and exfoliate. I had another brand that did the job fairly well but the battery did not last long and it was much more expensive. I would get five stars if it had a setting that was a little stronger.

Then rotate around bristle seem to be too soft just didn’t care for it

Great to keep in the shower and my face feels so clean. Love it.

Best value facial cleanser. I purchased this for my daughter and she loves how smooth her face looks. Battery lasts a loooooong time, comes with several attachments.
