I enjoyed the jokes. I'd read a few a day and my mood would be eRead a couple to start the day and you will be smiling to begin your day. I did, and it worked.

Lots of lawyer jokes here, some of which I've seen elsewhere. The only part of this book that should have any impact though is the section on actual court cases. These examples clearly show that lawyers will do anything for money and that some judges and juries should never enter a courtroom. Huge awards for frivolous suits make a mockery of the Justice System!

I purchased this as a gift for my son's graduation from Law School. We had fun reading the jokes! This made a great light hearted gift.

I'm a lawyer. My friends and family tell me jokes all the time and I wanted some new material. I can take a joke and rarely get offended. Everyone knows a lot of jokes about lawyers are insinuating they aren't honest. I gave the book two stars because I just didn't think these were funny. 99% of them were just calling lawyers liars and cheats. Not offended, the jokes just weren't that good. There's a tons of jokes though, which I guess could be good, but I would have preferred the author be more selective.

This book is cheesier than I would have liked. The humor in it is obvious and dry. It's less, "A lawyer, a priest, and a doctor walk into a bar..." and more subtle. Many of the "jokes" are in story form and do not have bold punchlines. Many times I was left thinking, "Really? That's the joke?" Not a bad buy, just not my kind of humor.

I was annoyed by many jokes being repeated in different sections. Probably due to sloppy editing.Although there were many jokes that I have heard before, overall the book is a good resource to mine for quips to throw out as the occasion merits. Especially to annoy lawyer friends -- or make them laugh at themselves.

I bought this item as a gift, but I couldn't help reading about half of it before wrapping it up! It has very good jokes, some even made me laugh out loud. The content is definitely worth the abordable price of this book. I would recommend it!

Maybe if you are a lawyer you would enjoy it more than I did. I did not finish the book.

A poor collection of very tired old jokes that are likely familiar to most grade schoolers.

The vast majority of the jokes were not that funny. Probably a 2/10 on the funny scale. Would have been a better book if it only included the top 10% of the jokes and took out the other 90%.
