Is the cushion part latex free?

Not sure, the product is awful I don’t recommend. The rubber part pulls out when brushing ur hair. Also gets stuck in hair easily super annoying

How do you clean the brush? Especially after use for a long time. Can you remove the bristle pad and wash it?

The bristle pad on the brush cannot be removed. To clean the brush after prolonged use, follow these steps: 1) Start by gently removing any hair that may be stuck on the bristles. 2) Softly wash both the bristles and the pad using a mild soap or shampoo. 3) Rinse the bristles and pad thoroughly with clean water. Please avoid soaking the entire product in water. 4) After rinsing, place the brush upside down on a towel or tissue paper to allow excess water to drain and the brush to air dry. Is one of the bristles on the brush missing in the product?

There is a small vent included in each REGROWZ Bamboo Brush. The purpose of the small vent on the Bamboo Brush is for the rubber cushion provide ventilation to work well as a cushion when you brush your hair so that it will helps detangling as gentle as possible. It also work as a drainage after the brush has been washed. If you check out the brush image on the packaging of the brush, it also has the same spot.
