My new doctor recommended this, and what my old doctor tried had failed. Zyrtec wasn't working, other products were not working, home remedies were not working; it had been going on for a year and a half, and I was kind of living on nasal sprays.So of COURSE, when the new doctor asked if I would be willing to TRY something from Amazon, I said, "Why not?"But I was skeptical. Post nasal drip and inflammation were a way of life.On day one, I saw results on about 20 minutes. Still felt I had some inflammation, not 100% clear, but I could breathe.In the past week, I have quit taking the other things, like supportive Mucinex that reduces mucus production, the 12-hour nasal spray at night ( was scared I'd wake up breathing through my mouth, but I did not)I take 2 before bed, and can sleep. I take 2 in the morning. Sometimes 2 in the afternoon.I'm really impressed. I do feel I still have some thin mucus production, but I am breathing now. And over the days, it is getting better and better.Try it. Wish insurance covered it!Note: had to change doctors due to crummy insurance situation in Texas, where the governor won't expand Medicaid because that would end the state's ability to divert federal funds earmarked for one thing and use them for something else.It was difficult, as I'd kept the same Dr. for 15 years. The new primary care physician I chose from the list by his publications turned out to be an attending. So I had to select one of his residents from the Wheel of Residents...no real background or anything on these!I lucked out and got a 45-year-old resident on her 2nd career who is already a naturopath, but very science-minded, so she's now becoming an MD. So, she apparently will suggest natural remedies that WORK, for real reasons, when appropriate...which is also what I do.So far, so good.

I moved to a new climate and my allergy medicine was not cutting it. I had been wanting to try a more natural alternative and after visiting a Naturopath I started using Allihist daily. That was over 2 years ago and I am very happy with it.

I love this allergy med! I can't take more than one at night and I gave up trying to take it at lunch. But it works well to keep my sinuses clear. I still have some mucus and need to carry a tissue just in case, but I'm not sneezing like crazy and my nose isn't constantly dripping.

Finally managed to get off Allegra/fexofenadrine. I take 2-4 pills a day during allergy season, but these are doing the job. They work faster than allegra, so I can just wait until I start feeling symptoms.
