A few things-
I added a keyless entry to my 04 f250 that had manual locks, the keyless entry kit came with 4 actuators, 2 fobs and control module.I also wanted a keypad like my old truck had.The control module for the keyless entry had a lock wire and unlock wire that are +(touching a ground wire to them activates the lock/unlock)the keyfree touch sends a - pulse(sounds like the - pulse should be it, but nope)I had to use a relay to get it to work, I hooked the unlock wire from the keyfree touch to 85 and a constant 12v to 86Then the keyless entry unlock wire to 30 and a ground wire to 87.You'll need another relay for the lock function. (if you're having issues with the unlock function like I did then hook the lock wire to 85 and hold 9/0 then enter should light up hit enter and your doors should unlock, just to test your wiring don't leave it that way)For programming it I did a factory reset then I did the pin reset, the instructions said to enter the old(default) pin first but I didn't need to (doing that just made the old pin the pin again)If yours isn't working properly try skipping that step.I also didn't have the 'random security code' the instructions said to use before using the default pin.I'll update if I have any issues, as of now it seems worth the money.

Works but needs improvement.
Easy to install but the touch sensitivity could be better. Maybe the glass on my truck’s windshield is too thick but it takes a couple of tries to operate the keypad.

This is most likely NOT what you are looking for.
This keypad only works with certain make/models/years of vehicles. The list is not available in the listing. Once you buy the keypad, it comes with direction that links to outside webpages. Once there, you search for the directions for your car. Depending on your vehicle, you may or may not need additional modules (if it will work at all.)I just wish they posted this in their listing.

Great for anything with a side window
Grew up on Ford and love their combo entry. I did not like the windshield option. Putting anything on your windshield is considered “obstructed windshield”, and in some states, is a justified reason for a traffic stop. I put it on my extended cab windows. Little extra work, little additional wiring, but it looks great and works awesome behind the factory tint. It gets two levels of protection from the sun and it is out of sight from thieves. I will put them on my rear minivan window and the Prius front little window. But I don’t think the Prius will work as the power lock system goes dead once it’s locked. As for the bad reviews, even the engineer, unless you know how to run and hook up electronics, don’t do it yourself. Instructions are very good. If you hook it up wrong, it will not work. For the lights. You can turn off the cylon leds, the instructions are in the manual; you need to know what you are doing.

It didn't work for me. Heat seems to be a problem and I don't like how it looks stuck to the windshield
It didn't work for me. I bought this version hoping it was an improvement over the original BOYO A-Pass version but it wasn't. I had a problem with it when it was very hot outside (90s). Once after my wife and I finished our run at the park I couldn't get in my truck. I ended up using my shirt to shade the glass over the keypad from the sun in an attempt to lower the temperature of the glass. That eventually worked but I learned not to rely on it in the heat of summer. When I purchased the original BOYO A-Pass I also purchased an Accele RS505 "Best Door Keypad" at the same time in case the A-Pass didn't work out. I replaced the BOYO with the RS505 but not until after trying this version of the BOYO first since my truck had already been wired for the A-Pass. I took a shot. Main reason for trying the A-Pass first was because the RS505 uses a battery. What matters less maybe but still important to me is how the BOYO looks stuck to the windshield. The first one was put on by the accessories installer who wired it to my truck. There was a small bubble of air which didn't keep it from working but didn't look good and there was also adhesive visible around the edges that I didn't like. BOYO sent me a new keypad strip so I could get rid of the bubble but the 2nd one didn't look much better. To me, this Keyfree 2nd version of the BOYO looks better but doing a great job of sticking it to the windshield is still an issue.I've been using the Accele RS505 for a year now and I'm very pleased. I ended up mounting it to the inside of the truck bed near the tailgate so it isn't visible since the keypad clearly looks aftermarket. I might have to move it depending on how easy it is to access once I buy a bed cover. My wife has a Ford which has a factory keypad. Once you've had one you'll want one.

Hit or miss
Usually works. i have been locked out more than once due to cold, wet hands after surfing and the keypad not responding. Need to keep a backup key hidden on the car.

Great product to have on my pickup.
Great unlock electronics! 5 wire install and will work in most conditions! You have to scrape ice off window to use.
