Great disks for heal slides
Excellent for heal slides, recently I had knee surgery and my physical therapist recommended this disc to do heal slides. It has helped me tremendously in my recovery.

They do slide
They are nice and smooth on the bottom. They slide nicely on the carpet and they are a good size for my foot (size 7 women) The top is non slip so your foot stays in place

these work well, arrived as advertised and quickly, and I like the carrying bag for when I travel. I didn't see the size mentioned, but they are about 7 inches across. If you are using them for leg work, one medium size foot can fit on them but if you have larger feet you may want a larger slider. Overall, a good value for price

Used for PT exercises
I like these, great easy to use. Slide perfectly for my stretching exercises.

Works well
I use these during a senior exercise class. We initially used paper towels for the exercise, but these work better and do not be replaced after one use. Other class members saw them and plan on ordering them.

Not for standing on top of. You work more trying to balance and apply downward pressure for it to work properly.
