Excellent camera so far.
Had a few hiccups along the way mostly due to shoddy internet service (which most recently I've changed services). Now the camera is working amazingly. Night vision is clear and the spotlights (that can also be activated on the phone app) are extremely bright. The alarm when tested is loud but not deafening so neighbors can hear it but its softer than a car alarm or a car horn. The app is pretty easy to use though there is a bit of a learning curve as you're navigating it for the first time. Sometimes I have a problem remembering where the motion detection options are (Hint: it's under alarm management). The two other gripes I have about the app is that the capabilities to sense other objects other than people are behind a paywall and the alert history option. The ability for the camera to sense objects like cars, dogs/cats, and packages are behind a paywall which is unfortunate but understandable for the company to continue to make a profit off of a well made camera. The options include (as of 7/2/2023) Continuous Monthly $1.99, One Month only $2.99, and One Year $39.99. These options are really not too expensive considering Amazon Ring basic plan goes for $3.99 a month. So this is really a small complaint in all honesty. That is to say the company could in fact raise the prices in the future but for now its decent. Now it does have premium cloud storage capability, again through a paywall starting at (as of 7/2/2023) $3.99 Continuous Monthly, $4.99 for One Month, and $29.99 for a year. So to have access to both the cloud and the extra options I believe you have to pay for them separately but again I haven't really explored this option yet since I utilize a memory card to store my videos. Should I utilize either of these plans I will try to update my review. **Note: There is an option for free cloud storage that holds 6 second videos for 7 days. The other issue is the alert history option. Again this is a small gripe but when I go into the app to check the alerts it replays all the alerts from the beginning every time. Yes, you can select the time in which you wish to see, however it would be nice to have it automatically start with the most recent and immediate alert for obvious reasons (i.e. why would i want to see a dog walker at the beginning of the day when a person is acting suspiciously around my house at 10 pm?). Installation was pretty simple but because of the siding I had to purchase longer screws to secure both the camera and the solar panel. Ended up purchasing 2 1/2" #8 phillip screws to secure it properly to the side of my house. The camera comes with 1" #8 phillip screws. The solar panel works very well and I've had no issues with the battery as of yet despite rain and heat. Curious to see how it will preform in the winter with the snow and cold. Despite my little gripes it's a really good camera and I think I will probably purchase another in the future and possibly a doorbell camera as well. 5 out of 5 would recommend and purchase again.

Great affordable security camera!
I highly recommend the ieGeek QuadHD Security Camera. It is a very easy camera to setup, and the CloudEdge software is intuitive and simple to use even for people like me who are not tech savvy. If you are familiar with CloudEdge, you can set up a camera in less than a minute. Otherwise, the app instructions make the process very simple. The WiFi range is tremendous as I am experiencing about 100 yds. The Night vision is very good, even in color when using Intelligent vision. And I do find the the two-way communication the camera provides useful at times although it is a capability I rarely use. The solar panel is another great feature which allows me to place the camera anywhere (within WiFi range) without worrying about a power source. The ieGeek QuadHD Security Camera must be mounted on a vertical wall, not a ceiling. This is not an issue for me, but I thought it worth mentioning. While ieGeek provides cloud storage for a fee, I prefer the sd card storage. The camera provides excellent image clarity whether using it outside or inside and whether the lights are on or off as you can see in the images I’ve provided with my review. My only recommendation for an improvement would be purely cosmetic – I’d like to see the ieGeek QuadHD Security Camera available in a khaki color in addition to the white or black choices that are available currently. All in all, I have only praise for this particular security camera. I definitely recommend the ieGeek QuadHD Security Camera.

Very decent camera but the app could use a little work
I bought this camera to use on a telepresence robot in the camera itself is amazing and the battery life is extremely good. The picture quality is definitely good enough to see what’s going on but I wouldn’t say it’s HD to where you can see small things in detail like numbers and letters but that being said where the picture quality might fall a little short the range definitely does not if you have a good Wi-Fi signal from your router this thing will easily go up to 1000 feet away from the router. The night vision on this camera also works extremely well you do not know but it’s active until The two little flood lights come on so you can see in color definitely a good way to scare off potential burglars. The intercom also is really good certainly loud enough for someone to hear from a good 25 feet away and it’s clear enough to where you can actually understand what the person is saying and the same goes for the microphone. The primary reason I did not give it five stars is because he app seems to be under developed and what I mean is when you’re looking at the camera through the dashboard view you can turn and pan up and down just by swiping on the image but when you enlarge the image you cannot tilt up and down unless you use the deep pad in the submenu you can still turn left and right but you can’t go up and down which I find very strange and somewhat annoying. Also I’m not the biggest fan of using a QR code on your screen to try to set up the camera if you’re outside and you’re trying to set it up it will not work because it will not be able to read the QR code you have to be in an area where there’s no glare or it’s not too bright but I imagine that they could change that with a firmware update and fix some of the bugs with the app itself. Once the app gets an update where you can control the cameras rotation and tilt up and down while in the full screen mode and they make it where you can shut up the camera without having to use the QR code I’ll give it five stars. Definitely worth the purchase if you do not want to have to do wiring And want a camera that looks nice and has good build quality.

Great PTZ Camera with Lots of Features
This camera has a lot of nice features. First of all it is easy to mount on any flat surface. A bracket can be screwed to the surface. The camera can then be easily mounted to the bracket, and can be removed from the bracket using 4 thumb screws. The camera is battery powered, and comes with a solar panel that can keep the camera charged. However a note on the camera states not to charge the camera when it is very cold. So I do not use the solar panel during the winter months as most of my cameras are outside. The battery lasts for a long time as the camera is only active if it detects motion, or if you use the app to view the camera. Battery life will depend on how often motion is detected. I use the Cloudedge App to access the camera. Setup is easy. Download the app onto your phone, create an account. Then add the camera. Your phone will show a QR code that you show to the camera that will complete the setup. The camera is a PTZ camera meaning that you can control where the camera is pointing. You can zoom, however the zoom is not optical. If you zoom too much, the picture becomes blurry. Unlike other PTZ cameras, you can point the camera up high.. Which is useful if you don't mount your camera very high. The camera has a microphone and speakers. So you can hear sounds, and you can talk through the camera. There are lights (both IR and visible) that can be manually turned on, or setup for automatic operation. There are several settings which control how the lights will work. There is also a siren that can be manually turned on, or setup to turn on when motion is detected. You can set an alarm area to limit motion detection to a certain area that will trigger the alarm. The app can be setup to give you notifications on your phone when motion is detected. If you use the IR lights are night, the picture is black and white. If you use the visible lights at night, the picture will be in color. The color picture is good quality, even when the level of lighting is low (like early or late in the day). The camera can take an SD card, which is used to record video and pictures when motion is detected. Having lots of features make this a camera that has many uses. I have one camera setup in my dog's outdoor house so that I can monitor our dog. I also monitor a garage storeroom, and the outside yard.

Awesome Camera
This Camera is Awesome! has A Very Clear Picture, Excellent Microphone, Loud Alarm, connects to My Phone, Where I can Move the Camera, Talk to My Dogs when I am Away, Controle the Viewing Area, Zoom in, and out, up, down, left, right, but Does NOT have Tracking Mode. Connects to Alexa, so I can View all Three Cameras from my different rooms. Camera Will Connect to Your Alexa. Great Customer Support. I Had A question, about the painted alarm grid, and they called me to answer my question. Pressing the ADD to ALEXA button on the camera will not always be received by Alexa, Alexa reads it as a Number, (#72493345). You need to go to the Alexa app. Press on Camera, re-name the Camera, ie #72493345, to front yard, back yard, etc. Then you can ask Alexa to show you that camera, and it will show on the Screen. Be sure to Delete the Numbers, Then Add Your Camera Name. I love this Camera has great Picture, Extremely Clear. Microphone is very Sensitive. I was installing a second Camera at the other end of the House, and the First camera was still on my phone, (from me making adjustments to It) and I could hear my drilling, coming through the microphone of the First installed camera, on my phone, I was at least 150+ feet away from that first camera. Impressive. It has Rained, Snowed, Cold temperatures below 0 deg. and the camera has worked fantastic, through it All. Great Overall Camera for the Money. Elvis, CO.

Great camera. Many fuctions. Follow the instructions for use and location recommendations.
Excellent product for the price. Pictures are clear for this type of camera. Night vision is also great. The app is very easy too use. Ive bought several cameras, even under other brand names, but are the same camera and uses the same app. Extremely easy to install. The fuctions are great. Connectivity hasn't been a problem if you stay within the area of your Wifi. Battery last a long time as long as you install the solor panel in a location that gets most of the day time daylight for good charging. I highly recommend this product.

Updated (part 2) Camera died in June. Doesn't last 1 yr.
UPDATED again customer service was very helpful with my issue. Picture quality is very poor overnight when there is high condensation levels. Motion detection does NOT trigger. Completely useless on when I need it the most. Has not picked up someone coming home 3 nights in a row. I wanted to replace an existing camera system that was battery operated. I got tired of having to get out the ladder every time they needed to be replaced. I bought this one because I like the idea of being able to adjust it from the app. It was easy to install & set up - make sure you fully charge it before you put it up. The camera is about 25' from my router & I have had no signal issues. I have used the pan on it to move the camera so I could see what my dog was doing! I ended up buying another for the front and 1 for my MIL. I do wish the app had a setting to turn on/off the camera at a specific time. We shut off 1 because the location would be catching someone coming in & out all day long. I would recommend this camera it works great for what I need I haven't owned it long enough to speak to durability but it's run seamless for a couple of months Updated again camera died & didn't get 1 yr out of it. Stay away!

Just an ok camera.
I've had these cameras for 2 years. Love these at first. The customer service was great. However, for recording, it got seriously delayed, so I only caught the record when the delivery person walked out and only saw the back. If the person walked fast, there's no way the camera could catch the recording.

Muy buena
Muy buena ya que es solar lo cual te evita tener cables, lo único que no me gusto es que en ocasiones se me ha desconfigurado, creo que ha sigo cuando se va la luz en casa
