They’re so soft! I don’t know if they improve your skin or not, but they’re so much better than the expensive satin pillowcases that I had, that they certainly improved my sleep. They don’t get snagged on every single minute particle of dry skin on your hands and they really do feel nice and smooth against your face. I know, I just slept for 23&1/2 hours and wasn’t annoyed by my pillow, once.

These are so nice, I keep ordering them. The silk is great for your hair and skin. This lavender color is is a soft grayish lavender, not the bright version, which I think looks better for pillowcases anyway. Tip: get all the ones you need at the same time. I don't know if I got separate lots or just accidentally ordered from two different vendors, but two of them have a very very slight color difference from the other two. They were also packaged differently, so probably was two separate vendors. I am ok with that. After one wash, they will all look the same anyway and it's all about my hair. Also, these last two that I am reviewing were very well packaged in cardboard folders.

So far three washings and they’ve held up. I do place them in a garment bag since I read a review that the zipper comes apart in wash. I also hang to dry. Great to sleep on no more face lines or rednesses when I wake up.

update 5/22: There's no difference in a fact or benefit between the 16 mme and the 19 mme. The 19 MMA is slicker with a satin finish. But both are cool and both keep my hair frizz free over days .Original review : Thread count is a meaningless measurement when you're buying silk. Momme Is the standard. These are 16 mme, and while the silk is nice and thick and sturdy, it's not a slippery satiny finish. However, despite that, it does make a great improvement in my hair. I can go to bed without any cap or covering and my very curly hair can be frizz-free for days. Try that with polyester satin! Another benefit is that it stays cool, which I was not expecting .I'm going to buy another silk pillowcase but this time,19 momme in another brand which has gotten high reviews for its satiny finish. To go to 22 momme means shelling out 50 bucks or more for one pillowcase. I'm hoping the 19 does the trick.

I have fine 3c curly hair and love these silk pillowcases to help prevent frizz whether I’m wearing it curly or straight. I travel with a bright pink one (so I don’t forget it in hotel rooms) and use the white ones at home to go with my white sheets. They’re also great for your skin - no sheet marks. I wash in hot water and dry in the dryer. They come out perfectly with no wrinkles.

I have now bought about 8 sets of these pillow cases, three of those gifted to friend and family. Everyone loves them, they have done wonders for my curly hair and I just wish they sold more products like sheets because I like these pillow cases so much. They are well constructed and the hidden zipper is really nice.

Very comfy, got the throw-pillow sized pick before and I've come back after a few months and grabbing the full-size pillow size. It's comfy and maintains a pretty good level of coolness. Little thin but if you have a plain white underwater or default pillow color it won't be noticed(Noticed the other big seller J JMOO mulberry pillowcase is a little less sheer but that wasnt relevant for me). Haven't noticed any tears or discoloration in the throw-pillow one after a few months, definitely worth it for me.

Packaging is cute they come in an envelope. I liked the softness of the pillowcase. I bought the navy color and it’s a pretty dark almost looks black. You can see the difference from my cotton navy color pillowcase next to it. The zippered opening is not the length of the pillowcase it’s smaller so it made it a little hard to get the pillow in there. I was afraid I would rip the zipper if I wasn’t careful. Pillow is standard size and pillowcase is also standard size. I’m hoping they will wash well but if they don’t I’ll update my review.
