Nutricost Glycine Powder 1lb - Non-GMO, Gluten Free

Glycine can help some people fall asleep faster and get better sleep due to its mild calming effects. I do think it works for me, but I haven't been able to prove it yet. The taste is somewhat like L-Theanine but much sweeter and less umami, which is difficult to really explain. The texture is similar to beta-alanine, if anyone is familiar with that. This can be a useful ingredient in a sleep stack. 5 stars because the product is exactly as described. I will probably buy it again as I'm trying to rely on natural products to help me sleep.

Love this supplement - I put it in my coffee in the morning - no taste just a hint of sweetness. I also put it in a little water before I go to bed - I find it helps me sleep.

This comes with a little scoop that I drop into my mouth before I go to bed. It tastes like sugar crystals.It helps me sleep. I'm not sure why, but my sister recommended it because she uses it. So that's two of us!Try it!

I started taking this product to support collagen and also muscle growth. The product itself contains one ingredient, the ingredient I actually need. It is naturally sweet so can be added to any beverage. I add it to my morning smoothies along with my collagen powder. So far I am liking it.

Good quality and dissolves well

Came as advertised. We dissolved the powder into a glass of water. It had a lightly sweet flavor. After using the whole container, no difference was felt in the body. Don't know if it works or not, but we didn't feel any different.
